Richard has been sharing his love of property by providing education and networking to property investors and developers for over five years now. Now he is pleased to be offering that same experience to everyone.
Richard starts his day with movement and exercise, a cold shower, and refining his focus for the day. From here he gets into momentum to look for those diamonds in the rough, the opportunities that others overlook. It’s this focus that ensures that when he starts looking for the right property for you he won’t stop until he finds it. Richard learned the habit of discipline from his time in the military serving with the Air Force. During his time in the military Richard worked his day job whilst accumulating properties and growing his property portfolio. He spent his evenings and weekends studying property and improving the value of his property portfolio through renovations and developments. He’s become an expert at spotting properties with potential that others don’t see.
